概要 AD536ASD/883B

The AD536A is an advanced monolithic integrated circuit designed to accurately convert true rms signals to dc voltage. Its unmatched performance is on par with or exceeds that of more expensive hybrid or modular units. By directly calculating the true rms value of complex input waveforms with both ac and dc components, the AD536A ensures precise measurements. With a crest factor compensation feature, the device delivers 1% error rates even at crest factors as high as 7. Operating at a wide bandwidth, the AD536A can handle frequencies up to 300 kHz with less than 3 dB errors for signals above 100 mV
