概要 BC846BLP4-7B

The BC846BLP4-7B is a high-performance NPN transistor with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 65V and a transition frequency of 300MHz. Featuring a DC current gain of 200hFE, this transistor can handle a DC collector current of 100mA with ease. The compact X2-DFN1006 case style houses the transistor with 3 pins for easy integration into electronic circuits. With a power dissipation of 460mW, the BC846BLP4-7B operates efficiently even at temperatures up to 150°C. Part of the BC846 Series, this transistor is not Automotive qualified and does not contain any SVHC as of 15-Jan-2019
