CM1230-02CP

The CM1230-02CP is a versatile ESD protection diode array designed for systems requiring high data and clock rates. With options for 2, 4, or 8 channels, this CSP form factor device offers low capacitance and effective ESD protection. Each channel features a pair of ESD diodes that serve as clamp diodes to redirect ESD current pulses to the appropriate supply rail, along with an integrated zener diode for added protection. The VCC rail is shielded from ESD strikes, eliminating the need for a bypass capacitor to absorb positive strikes to ground. Capable of safely dissipating ±8kV ESD strikes, the CM1230-02CP meets Level 4 requirements of the IEC61000-4-2 standard, as well as ±15kV air discharges according to the same specification
