概要 DTA043ZEBTL

The DTA043ZEBTL digital transistor is a single PNP polarity transistor with a collector-emitter voltage of -50V and a continuous collector current of -100mA. It features a base input resistor of 4.7kohm and a base-emitter resistor of 47kohm, with a resistor ratio of 0.1. This transistor is housed in a SOT-416FL RF transistor case with 3 pins. Part of the DTA043Z Series, this product does not have automotive qualification but has an MSL rating of MSL 1 - Unlimited. It is also free from SVHC as of June 27, 2018

主な特長

  • 1) Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. (See Equivalent circuit)
  • 2) The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow positive biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects.
  • 3) Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the device design easy.
