概要 FSFR2100XSL

The FSFR-XS series of power switches is a comprehensive solution for building reliable and robust resonant converters. It combines power MOSFETs with fast-recovery body diodes, a high-side gate-drive circuit, an accurate current controlled oscillator, frequency limit circuit, soft-start, and built-in protection functions. The high-side gate-drive circuit ensures stable operation with excellent noise immunity, while the fast-recovery body diode minimizes the effect of reverse recovery, improving reliability under abnormal conditions. By incorporating the zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) technique, this series reduces switching losses and significantly improves efficiency. Additionally, the ZVS technique reduces switching noise, allowing for the use of small-sized Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) filters. The FSFR-XS series is versatile and can be applied to resonant converter topologies such as series resonant, parallel resonant, and LLC resonant converters, making it an ideal choice for high-efficiency applications
