HMC438MS8G

The HMC438MS8G is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) SPDT (Single-Pole Double-Throw) switch designed for applications operating from DC to 3 GHz. It features low insertion loss of typically 0.9 dB at 1 GHz and high isolation typically greater than 40 dB at 1 GHz. The switch is housed in a miniature 8-lead MSOPG package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It operates using a single positive supply voltage ranging from 3V to 5V, consuming very low power with a typical value of 0.5 mA. The HMC438MS8G exhibits fast switching speeds, with typical rise and fall times of 4 ns and 2 ns, respectively. It offers high linearity and robust performance over a wide range of temperatures, making it suitable for use in various RF and microwave applications, including cellular infrastructure, WLAN, and test equipment
