With the IR2106PBF, engineers can benefit from a robust and flexible solution for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs in various applications. The 8 Lead PDIP package incorporates a floating channel design for bootstrap operation and can handle voltages up to +600 V. In addition, the device is designed to withstand negative transient voltage and is immune to dV/dt effects, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The gate drive supply range of 10 to 20 V ensures compatibility with a wide range of power sources, while the undervoltage lockout feature adds an extra layer of protection. The IR2106PBF also offers matched propagation delay for both channels, ensuring precise timing control for switching operations. The lower di/dt gate driver further enhances noise immunity, while the outputs are in phase with the inputs, simplifying the overall design process
