The LM5020MM-1/NOPB is a high voltage PWM controller that offers a comprehensive set of features to facilitate the implementation of single ended primary power converter topologies. Equipped with current-mode control for output voltage regulation, this controller simplifies loop compensation design and provides inherent line feed-forward capability. Its high-voltage start-up regulator can handle a wide input range of up to 100V, making it suitable for diverse applications. The LM5020 is designed for high speed operation, with an oscillator frequency range up to 1MHz and total propagation delays of less than 100ns for efficient performance. Additional features such as an error amplifier, precision reference, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal shutdown enhance its versatility. Available in both MSOP-10 and LLP-10 packages, the LM5020 offers a compact and reliable solution for power management requirements
