概要 LP2996M
The LP2996-N and LP2996A linear regulators are the perfect solution for meeting the JEDEC SSTL-2 specifications for DDR-SDRAM termination. These devices also provide support for DDR2, with the LP2996A going a step further to support DDR3 and DDR3L VTT bus termination. With a VDDQ minimum of 1.35 V, these regulators feature a high-speed operational amplifier that ensures excellent response to load transients. The output stage is designed to prevent shoot-through while delivering continuous current of 1.5 A and transient peaks of up to 3 A, meeting the requirements for DDR-SDRAM termination. Moreover, the VSENSE pin ensures superior load regulation, while the VREF output serves as a reference for chipsets and DIMMs, making the LP2996-N and LP2996A versatile options for various applications
