概要 MAX15007AATT+

The MAX15006/MAX15007 linear regulators are engineered to meet the stringent power requirements of automotive and battery-operated systems. Delivering up to 50mA of output current, these regulators can operate efficiently within an input voltage range of 4V to 40V. Their ultra-low quiescent current of 10µA at no load ensures minimal power wastage during operation, while the internal p-channel pass device helps maintain this low current consumption even under heavy loads. In shutdown mode, the MAX15007 regulator consumes a mere 3µA of current, further enhancing its energy-saving capabilities and making it an excellent choice for power-sensitive applications
