概要 MOC3063

The MOC3063 opto-isolator is a versatile solution for controlling high-voltage AC loads in a variety of applications. With its gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode and zero-crossing random-phase triac, the MOC3063 ensures seamless power control while minimizing EMI and reducing power dissipation. Its peak repetitive off-state voltage of 600V and peak repetitive on-state current of 100mA make it suitable for handling high-voltage requirements, while its 7500Vrms isolation voltage ensures safe operation. The wide temperature range of -40°C to 100°C further extends its suitability for diverse environments
