The SBR3U100LP-7 is a versatile super barr rectifier designed for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and a forward current of 3A. With a single diode configuration and a maximum forward voltage of 790mV, this diode offers efficient performance in various electronic applications. It features a forward surge current of 32A and can operate in temperatures ranging from -65°C to +150°C. Housed in a DFN3030 case style with 8 pins, this diode is part of the SB Series product range and is classified as a Schottky diode type. The diode's junction temperature can reach a maximum of 150°C, while its operating temperature can go as low as -65°C.
