The TCM809SVLB713 and TCM810 are affordable system supervisor circuits that excel in monitoring VDD in digital systems, offering a reset signal to the host processor whenever necessary. With the benefit of not requiring any external components, these devices stand out in terms of convenience and simplicity. The fast response time of these circuits is particularly impressive, as the reset output becomes active within a mere 20 µsec of VDD falling through the reset voltage threshold. Moreover, once VDD surpasses the reset threshold, the reset signal remains active for a minimum duration of 140msec, ensuring stability and reliability in system operation
