Introducing the TPS73625DBVT, a key member of the TPS736xx family of low-dropout linear voltage regulators, featuring an innovative NMOS pass element topology in a voltage-follower configuration. This unique design ensures stability with low ESR output capacitors or even without a capacitor. The device offers high precision, low dropout voltages, and a ground pin current that remains nearly constant over all output current values. With current consumption of under 1 µA when not enabled, it is an excellent choice for portable applications. Its exceptionally low output noise of 30 µV RMS with 0.1-µF C NR makes it ideal for powering VCOs. Furthermore, the TPS73625DBVT is equipped with thermal shutdown and foldback current limit for enhanced safety and reliability
