概要 TPS77030DBVT

The TPS77030DBVT is specifically designed for portable systems such as laptops and cellular phones, where ultralow-dropout voltage and ultralow-power operation can significantly extend system battery operating life. The regulator also features a logic-enabled sleep mode, reducing quiescent current to 1 uA typical at TJ = 25°C. It is available in fixed-voltage versions of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.7V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, and 5V, as well as a variable version programmable over the range of 1.2V to 5.5V
