概要 VBPW34S

VBPW34S is a photodiode specially designed for applications requiring a wavelength of 940nm. With a half angle of 65°, it provides a wide field of view, making it suitable for various optical sensing and detection applications. The dark current of 2nA ensures low noise operation, even in low-light conditions. The photodiode has a breakdown voltage Vbr of 60V, providing protection against overvoltage conditions. With a maximum forward voltage VF of 1.3V and maximum reverse voltage Vr of 60V, it offers efficient power consumption while delivering reliable performance. The device is equipped with 2 pins for easy integration into electronic circuits. It also has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, allowing for reliable operation in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, it is free from any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), ensuring compliance with safety regulations
