The Teccor brand line of sensitive gate triacs is designed to meet a variety of current and voltage requirements, with devices available up to 8A and voltage ranges from 200V to 600V. These triacs offer guaranteed gate control in Quadrants II and IV, as well as in Quadrants I and III, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. The bidirectional AC switch is gate controlled for both positive and negative main terminal voltages, making it ideal for AC switching and phase control tasks such as motor speed controls, temperature modulation controls, and lighting controls
