LM4041BIDBZR

The LM4041BIDBZR is a versatile and easy-to-use shunt voltage reference suitable for a wide range of applications. With no external capacitors required for operation and stable with all capacitive loads, this reference offers low dynamic impedance, low noise, and a low temperature coefficient to ensure a stable output voltage across various operating conditions. The LM4041 utilizes fuse and Zener-zap reverse breakdown voltage trim during wafer sort to provide four output voltage tolerances, offering flexibility for designers to choose the best cost-to-performance ratio for their specific applications. Available in both fixed and adjustable versions, the LM4041 is packaged in space-saving SC-70 and SOT-23-3 and requires a minimum current of 45 µA, making it ideal for portable applications. Additionally, the TO-92 package is available for through-hole packaging needs. The LM4041xI is characterized for operation over an ambient temperature range of –40°C to 85°C, while the LM4041xQ is characterized for a range of –40°C to 125°C
