概要 APT20M11JLL

The APT20M11JLL Power MOS 7® is a top-of-the-line family of high voltage N-Channel power MOSFETS, designed to address both conduction and switching losses with its low RDS(ON) and Qg. By combining lower losses and fast switching speeds, Power MOS 7® offers superior performance for various applications. For cost-effective solutions, Power MOS V® also provides a great balance between performance and cost, thanks to its low resistance aluminum metal gate structure. This feature allows for faster gate signal propagation, resulting in extremely low internal chip equivalent gate resistances compared to competitive devices. Additionally, MOSFETs and FREDFETs with different body diode options are available across all voltage ratings. A FREDFET, equipped with a faster recovery intrinsic body diode, offers improved reliability in ZVS circuits due to shorter minority carrier lifetime and increased commutation dv/dt ruggedness. On the other hand, MOSFET versions are available for applications where a fast recovery body diode is not necessary
