概要 APT8015JVR

The APT8015JVR Power MOS 8™ series offers high speed, high voltage N-channel switch-mode power transistors with improved EMI characteristics and a lower cost compared to previous generation devices. These MOSFETs/FREDFETs have been specifically designed for both hard and soft switching in high frequency, high voltage applications rated above 500 W. Extensive research into quiet switching has resulted in input and reverse transfer capacitance values being set at specific levels to achieve quiet switching with minimal loss. The Power MOS 8™ series is inherently quiet switching, stable when connected in parallel, and offers high efficiency at a lower cost than previous generations
