概要 Q4010LT

The Q4010LT Quadrac device from Teccor is a versatile solution for AC switching and phase control applications. By incorporating a diac trigger within the same package, this device eliminates the need for additional diac components and simplifies the assembly process. The TO-220 package provides electrical isolation up to 2500V rms, with an option for 4000V rms available on special order. This integrated design eliminates the necessity for external insulators, reducing costs and simplifying the installation process. With current ratings ranging from 4A to 15A and voltage ratings from 200V to 600V, the Quadrac device is suitable for a wide range of applications requiring noise immunity. The glass-passivated junctions ensure long-term reliability and parameter stability, making the Q4010LT a dependable choice for various design needs. For custom applications, the factory can provide variations of the Quadrac device upon request
